Our Manufacturing Process

Step 1 — Consultation and Requirements Confirmation

We begin by understanding your market, order volume, and timeline.

Step 2 — Design and Engineering Review

For standard models, our engineering team confirms the production specification against the approved design. If basic OEM requirements apply, such as logo or packaging adjustments, they are reviewed before production begins.

Step 3 — Material Sourcing

Materials are selected based on chamber type and performance targets: high-grade TPU composite for soft chambers, aluminum alloy or Q235 carbon steel for hard shells, plus pressure-rated zippers, optically clear observation windows, reinforced seals, and precision valves.

Step 4 — Chamber Fabrication

Soft chambers undergo high-frequency welding, panel bonding, and seam reinforcement. Hard-shell chambers are cut, formed, welded, and surface-treated through our metal fabrication line. Each process follows documented production standards.

Step 5 — System Assembly and Integration

Air compressors, oxygen concentrator interfaces, tubing, connectors, pressure relief valves, electronic control panels, and safety interlocks are installed, connected, and calibrated according to the final production specification.

Step 7 — Packaging and Shipment

Approved chambers are packed in fumigation-free export packaging with all accessories, manuals, and spare parts. Shipment is coordinated based on the buyer’s logistics requirements.

Materials, Components, and Engineering

Chamber Body

Soft shells use high-grade TPU composite material, selected for airtightness, flexibility, and long-term durability. Hard shells use aluminum alloy, which is lighter and corrosion-resistant, or Q235 carbon steel, which is heavier and highly rigid, depending on the model and application.

Zippers, Windows, and Seals

Pressure-rated zippers, optically clear observation windows, and reinforced seals are specified for repeated pressurization cycles. Each component is inspected individually before assembly.

Pressure display, timer, safety interlock, and emergency release are verified at the configured voltage setting.

Final Appearance Check
