Is a soft-shell chamber safe? Could it leak or burst?

The chamber of the Oxyboss soft-shell hyperbaric chamber is made of high-strength, medical-grade TPU composite material with a very high pressure-resistance margin. The seams are seamless high-frequency welded, and the entrance is a YKK double-layer reinforced zipper, guaranteeing 100% airtightness. It is also fitted with a triple pressure-relief valve system to prevent over-pressurization and bursting.

Can I install and use it on my own at home?

Yes — there's no need for a technician to come and install it. The chamber only needs to be unfolded and its internal frame set up. The main control cabinet uses an all-in-one integrated design. After unboxing, you simply connect the quick-connect hose lines that come with it, labeled with their corresponding numbers, to the chamber, plug it into a standard household power supply, and it's ready to start.

Will it get stuffy if I stay inside for a long time?

No — the air in the chamber is in a state of rapid exchange. Stuffiness and carbon-dioxide buildup in a chamber are mainly caused by insufficient exhaust volume from a conventional small main unit. The control unit of the OT-S15 series has a continuous large air flow of 205 L/min, which means the air in the chamber is forcibly exchanged in its entirety once every few minutes.

Do I need to send the filter back to the factory if it fails?

No — you can quickly replace it yourself, tool-free. The unit's filter cartridge is a routine consumable. We've specially designed an easy-to-open filter access hatch on the side of the main control cabinet. You don't need to disassemble the whole unit or send anything back. We include a spare filter cartridge with the unit. When a replacement is needed, you simply pull open the access door by hand, remove the old cartridge, and insert the new one directly — it's a simple operation.

Can I use electronic devices inside?

Yes, you can. However, for absolute safety, only low-voltage electronic devices with an operating voltage below 24V may be used. The OT-S15 series is a soft-shell air-pressurized chamber; the pressurizing medium inside is filtered ordinary air with an oxygen proportion maintained at about 21%, and pure oxygen is supplied directly to the body only through a mask or oxygen cannula. The chamber interior is therefore not a high-risk, oxygen-rich, highly flammable environment. Common digital devices such as phones, tablets, and Kindles typically have an internal operating voltage between 3.7V and 5V, far below the 24V safe low-voltage standard. The spark energy such devices generate during normal use is extremely low, and using them inside our air-pressurized chamber is safe.
