The OT-S15 series is a popular entry-level hyperbaric chamber, reaching a maximum pressure of 1.5 ATA. With an all-in-one oxygen source and a smart control system, it’s simple to operate and easy to use — a sensible choice for households beginning their hyperbaric oxygen journey.
Maximum Operating Pressure
Inhaled Oxygen Concentration
Plasma Dissolved Oxygen Increase
Plasma dissolved oxygen: approx. 2.7~2.9 mL O₂/dL, compared with approx. 0.3 mL O₂/dL under normal air environment.
Pressure can be freely adjusted within the 1.1–1.5 ATA range, so beginners and older users can start with gentle pressurization and gradually build tolerance.
Made up of the chamber and an all-in-one oxygen source, it takes up just 3 square meters and is ready to use after simple setup and connection. The chamber can also be folded for easy moving.
Equipped with two synchronized touchscreen control centers, inside and out — a simple tap on the screen completes every step of the process. It's easy to learn and requires no assistance from others.
Paired with a one-way sealed BIBS mask, it efficiently expels carbon dioxide and excess waste gases, further improving the efficiency of pure oxygen intake.
The OT-S15 series is built around a people-first design philosophy that gives it outstanding comfort among products of its kind — a chamber you’ll be willing to lie down in every day for 60 minutes of naturally comfortable, quiet hyperbaric oxygen.
The 80 cm and 90 cm internal diameters are more than enough for an adult man of 188 cm to lie down fully and naturally from head to toe, with room to turn over, read a book, and use electronic devices without obstruction.

The white chamber is made of highly light-transmitting TPU, and together with the fully transparent windows above the head and behind it, greatly reduces the claustrophobia and tension caused by dimness and a narrow field of view.
Sound-dampening designs inside the external all-in-one oxygen source and at the tubing connections keep perceptible in-chamber noise below 60 dB — roughly the ambient sound level of a common everyday setting.
Using eco-friendly TPU for the chamber effectively prevents static electricity while giving off no odor and no toxic agents.
A 10-inch full-color smart touch panel, synchronized inside and out, is fitted inside the chamber and on the oxygen source. Powering on, adjusting pressure, setting time, and monitoring status are all done on a single screen — no phone app, no multi-level menus, no complicated operations. Even the elderly and children can learn to use it quickly.
All data is fully synchronized, eliminating misoperation caused by information errors.
Pressure readings accurate to ±0.01 ATA.
The interface supports 13+ major global languages.
4 commonly used modes preset — one-tap start, no adjustment needed.
True safety should never depend on electricity. The safety devices of the OT-S15 series use a purely mechanical structure that relies on no circuitry at all — so even in a whole-house power outage, with electronic components out of action, they still work normally.

A spring-loaded mechanical safety valve that automatically vents and stabilizes pressure once the set value is reached.

A brass fine-threaded hand-turn valve for fine manual control of the relief speed.

A direct-pull physical valve for rapid pressure relief in 30–60 seconds in an emergency.

A pointer-type brass Bourdon-tube mechanical pressure gauge for power-free, accurate readings.
The core principle of a hyperbaric chamber is to create an environment above normal atmospheric pressure while continuously supplying the body with high-purity oxygen. Under these conditions, oxygen is transported not only by red blood cells but can also dissolve to a greater extent in the blood and body fluids, bringing the body benefits in many respects.
One important sign of human aging is the gradual shortening of cell telomeres and the continuous accumulation of “senescent zombie cells” that have lost normal function. In a 1.5 ATA mild-pressure environment, high-purity oxygen can pass through damaged vessel walls and reach deep into the dermis and even deeper tissues, promoting stem cell proliferation and helping clear away senescent cells of reduced activity — thereby slowing and improving the body’s aging state to a certain degree.
In a 1.5 ATA mild-pressure environment, ample dissolved oxygen can be delivered to the cerebrospinal fluid. Once the brain receives the signal that oxygen supply is sufficient, the overexcited sympathetic nervous system is gradually suppressed, and the body shifts to being led by the parasympathetic nervous system. As a result, tense nerves and muscles are able to relax, emotions more easily return to calm, and sleep is thereby helped.
During hyperbaric oxygen therapy, oxygen can, under pressure, cross the blood-brain barrier to provide more oxygen to brain cells. Neurons produce ATP through aerobic metabolism to replenish energy for their own activity. At the same time, highly concentrated dissolved oxygen also promotes cerebral microcirculation and speeds up the clearance of metabolic waste such as neurotoxins and lactic acid, helping the brain return to an alert, focused state.
The lactic acid produced after exercise needs to be broken down through oxidation reactions. Inside a hyperbaric chamber, more oxygen than in an everyday environment dissolves into the blood, thereby accelerating the breakdown of lactic acid after exercise, helping the body return to normal faster and reducing the impact of fatigue on the next day’s training.
For the human body, oxygen is like a special kind of “fuel.” When more dissolved oxygen enters the cells under pressure, the mitochondria within the cells produce ATP through aerobic metabolism, replenishing the body’s energy and restoring vitality. Likewise, when ample oxygen reaches the body’s other organs, it can play a similar fuel-like role, promoting organ metabolism.
White blood cells and macrophages are important parts of the body’s line of immune defense; when they engulf and destroy bacteria and viruses, they consume more oxygen than usual. Sticking with hyperbaric oxygen therapy over the long term is like providing these immune cells with more ample “ammunition,” thereby strengthening the body’s capacity for self-protection when facing external risks.
Choosing Oxyboss means bypassing the traders who add markup layer upon layer and buying your hyperbaric chamber directly from our factory at the factory price. What you pay for is the chamber itself, with no premium.
You can choose the chamber’s color or appearance according to your own preferences, and you can even give your child a custom cartoon paint job — making it something you and your family are happy to look at and happy to use.
The Oxyboss factory has passed ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality-system certification, and the entire product line is CE certified — so you and your family can buy with confidence and use with peace of mind.
We don’t do batch spot-checks. Before every hyperbaric chamber leaves the factory, it undergoes 7 days of comprehensive on-site quality inspection, and we will only arrange shipment once a passing inspection report has been issued.
We use complete packaging matched to the appropriate logistics solution to ensure the chamber stays intact through the harsh conditions of international shipping. To this day, we still hold a zero shipping-damage record — the one you receive is exactly the same as when it left the factory.
Your purchase is the beginning of our partnership, not the end. We provide a one-year warranty on the whole unit and its parts. Should any issue arise later, our professional team is always ready to respond and help.
Assembly was much simpler than I expected — I set it up by myself in half an hour. I chose to put it in a corner of the living room, and I even customized it in light gray to match my sofa. Guests who come over think it’s some kind of designer furniture.
The biggest surprise is how quiet it is. I’m someone who really needs quiet — I need a space to fully switch off after working at night. This OT-S159 gives me exactly that kind of space. I usually stay in it for about an hour in the evening, and during that time I can barely hear the machine running.
I bought it for my mom, who’s 68 this year. My biggest worry was that she wouldn’t be able to figure out how to use it on her own at home — and it turns out my worry was unnecessary. I only showed her once how to operate it, how to turn it on and so on; there was no need to teach her to adjust this or that — the preset modes are enough. She’s completely got the hang of it now and uses it almost every day.
I had it customized for my two kids with a blue, star-patterned appearance, and now they treat it as their own “space capsule” and ask to go in every time. This customization service is really a plus.
When my training load is heavy, I care a lot about my recovery routine, and this OT-S159 has become a fixed part of my relaxation. Once I lie down I can stretch out completely flat — far more comfortable than the upright chambers I’ve tried before. I’ve also started recommending it to my clients.

The chamber of the Oxyboss soft-shell hyperbaric chamber is made of high-strength, medical-grade TPU composite material with a very high pressure-resistance margin. The seams are seamless high-frequency welded, and the entrance is a YKK double-layer reinforced zipper, guaranteeing 100% airtightness. It is also fitted with a triple pressure-relief valve system to prevent over-pressurization and bursting.
Yes — there's no need for a technician to come and install it. The chamber only needs to be unfolded and its internal frame set up. The main control cabinet uses an all-in-one integrated design. After unboxing, you simply connect the quick-connect hose lines that come with it, labeled with their corresponding numbers, to the chamber, plug it into a standard household power supply, and it's ready to start.
No — the air in the chamber is in a state of rapid exchange. Stuffiness and carbon-dioxide buildup in a chamber are mainly caused by insufficient exhaust volume from a conventional small main unit. The control unit of the OT-S15 series has a continuous large air flow of 205 L/min, which means the air in the chamber is forcibly exchanged in its entirety once every few minutes.
No — you can quickly replace it yourself, tool-free. The unit's filter cartridge is a routine consumable. We've specially designed an easy-to-open filter access hatch on the side of the main control cabinet. You don't need to disassemble the whole unit or send anything back. We include a spare filter cartridge with the unit. When a replacement is needed, you simply pull open the access door by hand, remove the old cartridge, and insert the new one directly — it's a simple operation.
Yes, you can. However, for absolute safety, only low-voltage electronic devices with an operating voltage below 24V may be used. The OT-S15 series is a soft-shell air-pressurized chamber; the pressurizing medium inside is filtered ordinary air with an oxygen proportion maintained at about 21%, and pure oxygen is supplied directly to the body only through a mask or oxygen cannula. The chamber interior is therefore not a high-risk, oxygen-rich, highly flammable environment. Common digital devices such as phones, tablets, and Kindles typically have an internal operating voltage between 3.7V and 5V, far below the 24V safe low-voltage standard. The spark energy such devices generate during normal use is extremely low, and using them inside our air-pressurized chamber is safe.
A commercial hyperbaric chamber should do more than sit in your facility — it should earn its place on your service menu.
