The Integrated Oxygen Source

Traditional hyperbaric chambers require three separate outdoor units—an air compressor, oxygen generator, and air conditioner. Together with complex tubing, they can occupy up to 2.5 m², equivalent to adding another standard capsule chamber.

The OT-H201 integrates all three functions into one external oxygen source occupying just 0.23 m². Load-bearing, shock-absorbing silent casters and built-in sound damping reduce noise to only one-third that of a traditional split unit.

Its molecular-sieve PSA system produces high-concentration oxygen directly from the air, eliminating oxygen cylinders, while the oil-free compression module ensures clean incoming air without oil-fume contamination.

How are shipping and logistics handled? Roughly how long until I receive it?

For a heavy, high-precision piece of equipment like the OT-H201, we use heavy-duty fumigation-free wooden crates and anti-collision, shock-absorbing packing materials to prevent damage from the long, harsh conditions of sea transport. To this day, we maintain a record of zero logistics damage. We ship worldwide and will assist with the documents required for customs clearance. Exact delivery times depend on your country and the shipping method.

How is routine maintenance? Is it a hassle?

Routine maintenance is very simple—mainly regular cleaning and replacement of the intake filter. The filter can be removed for cleaning or replacement on your own, with no special tools required. The leather interior of the cabin can be cleaned and disinfected simply by wiping it down with a soft cloth. Regular upkeep can basically be done at home, with no need to return the whole unit to the factory.

Roughly how many years will this equipment last?

Under normal and correct use, and with routine maintenance performed as recommended, the OT-H201 can have a service life of 10 years or more.

At Oxyboss, we have developed an integrated 3-in-1 oxygen system that combines the oxygen concentrator, air compressor, and cooling system into a single unit. Compared with conventional designs commonly used by other brands, our current system represents a more advanced approach to integration, maintenance, and servicing.

The entire system is built around a modular structure, allowing each major component to be removed and replaced independently when needed. We have also optimized the internal wiring by combining multiple cable connections into a single plug, making installation as simple as plugging in a USB device.

These improvements are designed to significantly reduce potential failure points. Compared with traditional system layouts, this design can reduce maintenance-related issues by more than 90%, helping users avoid many of the problems caused by complicated wiring, difficult servicing, and tightly integrated components.

And even if a problem does occur, there is usually no need to dismantle or replace the entire system. The affected module can simply be removed and replaced, making repairs faster, easier, and more cost-efficient.
