At Oxyboss, we stand behind the quality, performance, and craftsmanship of our hyperbaric chamber products. Our Warranty & Support policy is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind from the moment your order is delivered.

This warranty applies to Oxyboss soft and hard hyperbaric chamber models purchased through our official online website.

Covered Products

This warranty applies to the following Oxyboss models:

Soft Hyperbaric Chambers

• OT-S15T
• OT-S158
• OT-S159

Hard Hyperbaric Chambers

• OT-H201
• OT-H202

This warranty also applies to other eligible Oxyboss home-use, wellness, and commercial hyperbaric chamber products purchased directly from our official website, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Oxyboss provides a one-year limited warranty starting from the date your product is delivered and signed for.

During the warranty period, Oxyboss will provide support for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the product user manual.

No separate warranty registration is required. Your warranty is automatically activated from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

The Oxyboss one-year limited warranty covers the main product and non-consumable components, including but not limited to:

• Chamber body
• Pressure system
• Control components
• Valves
• Connectors
• Non-consumable structural parts
• Other original Oxyboss components supplied with the product

If a covered issue is confirmed by our support team, Oxyboss may provide remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair service, or other appropriate solutions depending on the situation.

For approved warranty claims, Oxyboss will cover the standard shipping costs related to the warranty service.

Consumables and Accessories Not Covered

Some accessories and consumable items are not covered by the one-year limited warranty, including but not limited to:

• Face masks
• Nasal cannulas
• Hoses
• Mats
• Filters
• Other consumable or replaceable accessories subject to normal wear and tear

These items may need to be replaced periodically depending on use, maintenance, and operating conditions.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or defects caused by:

• Unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or alteration
• Use that does not follow the product user manual or safety instructions
• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation
• Human-caused damage, drops, impacts, water damage, fire, or abnormal voltage
• Use of non-Oxyboss parts, accessories, or components
• Commercial or high-frequency use beyond the intended rating of the purchased model
• Normal wear and tear
• Replacement of consumable items
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, stains, discoloration, or fading
• Damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging by the customer
• Damage caused by exceeding the recommended pressure range
• Damage caused by improper setup, storage, maintenance, or operating environment

Oxyboss reserves the right to determine whether a product issue is covered under warranty after reviewing the information, photos, videos, and other evidence provided by the customer.

Please read and follow the user manual before using your Oxyboss product. Improper use, unauthorized modification, or operation outside the recommended guidelines may result in product damage and may void your warranty.
